Opinion

With the Zopim Live Chat plugin activated on your website, along with a free Zopim.com account, visitors to your website will be able to directly chat with you. The plugin comes with a widget that you can use to place a chat anywhere you’d like on your website. You are able to manage multiple conversations, but through the online dashboard over at Zopim.com. As much as I really do like this plugin, I did however had to score it kind of low in UX/Usability and UI/Design since Zopim didn’t bother to integrate their service better into the WordPress admin dashboard. I’d really love to see them connect the two better, but this plugin does do what it says it does, and it does it, really well. So with that being said, I’ll continue to use the Zopim Live Chat plugin from time to time.
